The family room was spacious and clean. The staff was genuinely nice. Angela and Fathy made sure our children enjoyed the food. They provided really good care and hospitality, which I deeply appreciated.

the presidential suite provided an lovely experience, especially the private pool. angela helped us arrange a special honeymoon dinner on the beach, and it was amazing!!! the breakfast selection was diverse and tasty. we also dined at the african restaurant and enjoyed the authentic flavors.
i noticed that the internet package i bought only worked for seven days, even though i expected it to last longer.
